Morgan Design Studio is an exceptional design firm who made our dreams become a reality! They designed our "Sorta Scandi Salt Lake" project which was a large whole level renovation - kitchen, dining, living, 2 bathrooms, etc. They took us from 1970s drab to modern Scandinavian fabulous! They took our vision - ran with it - and made it more beautiful and "us" then we could ever imagine. Plus, we were able to do the whole thing virtually! They are incredibly responsive, timely, fair priced, and flexible with creative control, but have the best design eye to refine what we were looking for. We recommend them wholeheartedly and would work with them again many times over!!

FAVORITE SPACE TO DESIGN:
Primary bathrooms are one of my favorite spaces to design because it's my favorite place in my own home. I also love designing outdoor spaces and using nature as the backdrop of the design.
HOMETOWN:
I spent half of my childhood in California but I call Medford, Oregon home.
PETS:
We have Molly, our 6-year-old mutt from Puerto Rico,
and Stella, our 3- year-old cocker spaniel.

They would say ambitious, driven, and thoughtful. (And that I can remember everything! lol)
FAVORITE FOOD:
I love pizza of any kind!
Especially when it includes hot honey.

A blend of traditional, eclectic, and modern. I love pattern play with color, materials with texture, and streamlined furnishings.

FAVORITE SPACE TO DESIGN:
Living rooms, especially when there's a fireplace!
I love sourcing statement fabrics and sculptural furniture pieces. Kitchens are a close second because I enjoy the challenge of making them functional for different client needs.

Friends would say I’m goofy, organized, crafty,

FAVORITE COLOR:
I love saturated earth tones -
Chartreuse, olive green, rust, mustard, and the list goes on.
FAVORITE DESIGN AESTHETIC:
A combination of Spanish influence, Scandinavian, Traditional, and Mid-Century.
I'm drawn to the mixture of natural materials with the occasional use of bold colors and patterns!
FAVORITE FOOD:
There are so many but maybe ramen
And I love my iced matcha 🍵
PETS:
I have a 6-year-old rescue named Daisy who loves to join me on hikes. She has the silliest stilts for legs and the most expressive eyes!
HOBBIES:
All things artistic, hiking, and anything else that gets me outside! 🏜🎨

Maddy + Ashley met in 2017 while working for the same furniture comapny. It didn't take long for them to become best friends who dreamed of owning a design firm. In January 2022 they took the leap and started Morgan Design Studio, named after their shared middle name, Morgan.
